◇Delivery Charge◇
A delivery charge will be added as applicable. We will deliver order of more than \4,200 each. Please check the delivery charges as described below.
For the 23 wards of Tokyo：
The delivery charge will be based on destination area.

◇Date of Delivery◇
We will deliver the order on the day and/or time requested. We may not be able to deliver an order as scheduled, due to bad weather or unexpected incidents.
◇Return Policy◇
Return of an order is not accepted, with an exception made in the case of damaged flowers or items due to delivery problems. If such a case occurs, please contact us at 03-3408-8211. We will arrange for a delivery of an equally valued item. |
